Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Special Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with teachers and parents to enhance student learning and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide direct instruction to students with special needs in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Modify lesson plans and educational activities to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to monitor and support student progress.
- Utilize adaptive techniques to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Create and maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.
