PARENT TEACHER INTERACTION - Parents are expected to use almanac as an active mode of communication with teachers.
- Parents are expected not to visit class-rooms directly and should contact at the reception in case of any emergency.
- Parents are advised to meet the Principal by taking prior appointment only, between 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on all working days.
- Parents should monitor their wards' progress and feel free to meet the concerned teacher by taking prior appointment to avoid inconvenience and compulsorily on every P.T.M. as per the schedule given below between 8:30 am to 11:30 am :-

FOR CLASSES I TO IV
1. To reduce the stress and strain of examination, no TerminalExaminations will be held upto Class IV.
2. There will be four cycle of Unit Tests to be held every Tuesday.
3. The Unit Test will be of 30 marks each.
4. For Computers and GK, test will be of 20 marks.
5. Promotion will be granted on the basis of overall performance throughoutthe year.
6. In order to qualify for promotion, a minimum of ?E' Grade in each subjectis required.
FOR CLASSES V TO X1. The school will follow Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluationscheme as laid down by C.B.S.E.
2. The session is divided into two terms- April to September and October toMarch.
3. There will be two cycles of Formative Assessments (Unit Tests) and oneSummative Assessment (Terminal Examination) in each term.
4. First Summative (Half yearly) Assessment will be held in September/October. Second Summative (Annual Examination) will be held in March.
5. Formative Assessment (Unit Test) of each subject will be of 50 markswhich includes:-

6. Promotion is granted to the students on the basis of his/her overallperformance throughout the year.
7. In order to qualify for promotion a minimum of 'D' Grade (classes IX & X),'E' Grade (V to VIII) in each subject is required.
FOR CLASSES XI AND XII1. There will be three rounds of Unit Tests, Half Yearly Examination andAnnual Examination in the whole session.
2. Students have to pass separately in theory and practical examinationwherever applicable.
3. A minimum of 33% is required in each subject to qualify for promotion tonext class.
