A NIGHT FULL OF FUN AND FROLIC
Indus Valley Public School organized a night camp in its school premises on 26.11.2010 for the students of Classes III - V. The objective of the camp was to develop a sense of independence, responsibility and co-operation amongst the students.
True to the title mentioned, the 26th Night featured various fun ? filled activities and games. It started with a puppet show followed by a workshop on Art and craft. In the workshop children were told to make cards and envelopes out of waste materials. Children enjoyed horse riding and races which were also a part of this camp. Afterward they were served evening breakfast which had all the things loved by the children.
At night children danced to the foot tapping rhythms of the D.J. around the bonfire after which dinner was served.
The following morning students practiced yoga and exercises before breakfast and dispersed at 9:00 a.m. They were given books as a token of remembrance for participating in the camp. The night camp was a completely fabulous experience for the students.
