IVPS, Noida displaying its nationalists fervour celebrated the 65^th Independence day on 15^th August 2011 with great zeal and enthusiasum in the school premises. Highlighting its commitment to Mother India IVPS wore a festive look on 15^th August as the preparation to the celebration of this great day.

Not dampened by the weather God all component of IVPS assembled at 7:40 a.m. for the central function. The programme commenced with the hoisting of the tricolor by the Principal, Ms. Shikha Sharma, Executive Director Ms. Niharika Singh and Senior Manager Ms. Sunita Nawani.

Thereafter a series of cultural items including Skit, Songs, Poems and Dances were conducted by the students showcasing the freedom struggle and challenges involved in safeguarding the hard won independence. The school principal in her motivating speech inspired all students to remain committed to the national growth and mother land through their life. The function culminated with distribution of sweets and chants of Vande Matram amongst the students.
