CHILDREN'S DAY CELEBRATION

The Children's day was commemorated at IVPS on Nov 14th in a feisty and animated manner. The entire faculty amused children with the cultural programme. The traditional assembly was conducted by the staff with prayer, songs, article reading, sharing of thought and so on. After the assembly, the cultural programme included the dance performance of the Art teacher Ms. Nalini Malhotra and the dance teacher Mr. Awadesh Jha followed by rendition of songs by teachers of different departments. A skit was presented by the senior wing faculties based on the value based system "Class room Discipline" which was really contemplatable. Mr. Harinder Singh, our Art teacher rendered poetic verses about the event. Principal, Ms. Shikha Sharma, delivered a speech on the significance of the day and Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru's ideals. The celebration concluded with songs and dances by the teachers supported by the children which made the whole event memorable.
