Shri. Vijay Bahadur Singh Ji is a leading Lawyer of repute in Allahabad High Court with 46 years of commendable experience in handling cases pertaining to constitutional Writ, Commercial, Banking, Arbitration, Industrial and Company laws. He also has to his credit many important assignments dealing with educational matters. He is a standing counsel for Central Government, State Government and Corporations & Undertakings, U.P Financial Corporation, Varanasi Development Authority, M.M.T.C, N.T.C (U.P) ltd. Nationalized Banks - State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Corporations like Singhania group (J.K), Modi group, Birla group; Universities and Academic institutions like CSA University of Agriculture & Technology, Pt. Deen Dayal University , HBTI. He is also the standing counsel for known companies like Mitsui & Co. Ltd. and Hyundai. He has extensively traveled abroad to various Universities in USA, UK, Australia and Singapore to name a few.

Shri. Vishal Singh, is a first class graduate from Melbourne University with a degree in business management and specialization in international trade to his credit. An alumni of Modern School- Delhi, with a brilliant academic background, he always had a keen interest in research and education and is an institution builder. Being a member of the royal family of Malheta, passion for social service, education and giving world class health services to the people of India is close to his heart. He had been extremely successful in Australia and other parts of the world, where he worked and opened his companies in the area of Petrochemicals, Textile, Education, Construction, Real Estate and Health care. To his credit are a dozen of companies and societies like Prayag Build well ltd., Delta Petrochemical, Elegant Developers Ltd., Step 2 designs (in collaboration with world renowned fashion designer Shri. Raghavendra Rathor), Prayag Medicare Pvt. Ltd., Global Indus Valley School, Global Institute of Management and Technology, Noida/Allahabad. Shri. Vishal Singh has a vision of uplifting the poorer sections of our society through education and employment. Towards this end, he has taken upon himself to open educational institutions in each state of India by 2010 and campuses of his university in U.K, U.S.A, Germany, China and Dubai by 2015. Shri. Singh and dedication have become synonymous.
