After the exulting news of the successful Mars Mission, we are again delighted to share with you the news that has brought glory to our school. Our school stands among top 10 schools in Noida on the basis of various parameters, in an educational survey conducted by The Times of India.
It has all been possible due to the hard work of our staff, students and the constant support of our dear parents, be it in introducing new teaching methodologies, upgrading curriculum based on today’s requirement of students or having a range of extra-curricular activities. We have been focusing on sports too to develop all aspects of the students. It’s a clear indication that the school is moving ahead, carving a niche for itself.

We Did it Again
After the stupendous success of class XII C.B.S.E. result, the result of class X added to the gaiety as this too was an excellent result. The hard work of students finally paid off. Students A1 scorers are: Anshuman Arora, Bharat Sharma and S. Kavya.

|The anxious wait of the students was over with the declaration of the CBSE class 12 Board result, 2015. Transcending all the previous records of class XII result, the students once again proved their mettle. The first position in the Science stream was shared by Divye Prakash Gupta and Navnish Kandav who scored 95.4%, while the second position was secured by Manpreet Singh Bamrah scoring 93.6%. Harshit Bawa and Prachi Bhatt topped in the Commerce stream scoring 93.2% and Rakshita Marwah notched the second position with a score of 92.6%. The ecstasy of the students was at its highest as this time in Science stream, 81.5% students scored 80% and above while in the Commerce stream 55.5% students scored 80% and above. Average marks of Class XII are 82.7%.
The Chairman, Mr. Vishal Singh congratulated the Principal, Staff and all the students of class XII and wished them success in future too.

Moving ahead in achieving awards, IVPS once again bagged one more after having been selected amongst the top 100 schools of Uttar Pradesh and also among the top 10 schools of the district.
The entire process of ranking and selecting the schools was conducted by shikshaadvisor.com in an honest and transparent manner, by a jury selected by them comprising eminent educationists. After selection, the top 500 schools were put to vote for an online survey and 100 top schools were selected, Indus Valley Public School being one of them.
The school was honoured on 15th February at a grand award ceremony attended by stalwarts from all walks of life. The Award was presented by Mr. Ashutosh (National spokesperson-AAP and former Managing Editor, IBN7).

It was a proud moment for everyone in the school when the Principal, Mrs. Shikha Sharma, was awarded “The Best District Principal Award,” which constitutes a trophy and a certificate.
She was presented this award in acknowledgement of her vision, leadership qualities and academic initiatives on account of which the students of Indus Valley Public School exhibited outstanding performance at District level in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand State in SOF Cyber, Science, Mathematics and English Olympiad exams during the year 2014-15.
Mrs. Shikha Sharma joined the school in 2009 and in a short span of 6 years; the school has received six awards in all, which is quite an achievement in itself.

Congratulations to all the IVPians. Ankit Singh of XI-C did the school proud by securing 3rd position in 100 Meters race in Delhi State Athletics Championship held at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Delhi.
The Hon'ble Prime Minister of India would be Interacting with the school children on the occasion of Teacher's Day i.e. 05th Sept., 2014 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. & would be telecast live by Doordarshan though its National & Regional Channels. Congratulations to the students, staff and parents of IVPS for winning the "Appreciation Trophy" in the competition conducted by D.A.V. school. The students participated in various competitions and notched the first prize in Collage -making as well as Yoga Competition. In the Group Dance Competition, our students bagged the second position.
The much-awaited result of class XII, finally announced on 29th May, 2014 brought cheers on the anxious faces of the students in IVPS. Much to the happiness of everyone, total pass percentage is 100% proving that nothing can deter a determined mind. Tanya Tyagi topped the school scoring a whopping 94.8%, followed by Nishtha Sakhuja and Pallavi Rao T who scored 94.4% and 93.8% respectively. The highest percentage in PCM is 97% obtained by Tanya Tyagi. Nishtha Sakhuja and Tanya Tyagi did the school proud by scoring perfect 100 in I.P.

Heartiest congratulations to Mayank Vilas Totale, the student of Std.-XII-Sci. who added another feather to the IVPS cap by qualifying the prestigious IIT JEE advance, with 2886 rank. Not to be contented with this, he was ranked at 203 position in the UPTU, B.Tech. and 5th rank in UPTU B. Pharma.
